**Technical Product Owner**

**What to expect**:

- Analysis and improvement of logístical parcel business procedures
- You are in charge of the backlog as part of the Core Transformation, therefore ensure sure the user stories are understandable and clear and that approval criteria are in place
- You ensure that the team is aware of the user stories and keep tabs on their development
- Together with the stakeholders, you make sure the requirements are prioritised
- Together with other product owners and stakeholders, you develop technical acceptance criteria for the user stories and organise content dependencies
- Keep features or components conceptually and technically sound for the team
- Acquiring information about relevant business and business process related to the Components
- Outside of the local team, this person has important interactions and responsibilities that involve working with other product teams, customers, businesses, and other stakeholders
- Observe our rivals and the sector

**Personal Requirements**:

- Experience as a Product Owner for a number of years
- Working knowledge of agile teams
- Understanding of backlog management and priority setting
- Excellent comprehension abilities for analysing complex contexts
- Powerful communication abilities
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Expertise in the logistics industry
- Ownership, pride in one's work, and contribution to the success of the company
