Sufficient fluency in the German language
- C1 or equivalent (Must have)
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in SAP projects(Must have)
- Scrum Product Owner certification (Must have)
- Strong knowledge of product management methodologies and agile development practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritize and make difficult trade-off decisions
- Deep understanding of customer needs and market trends
- Proven track record of delivering successful SAP projects
- Experience in Transportation industry preferable
- Define and prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs and business value
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure their needs are being met
- Communicate the product vision and roadmap to the team and stakeholders
- Ensure the team is focused on delivering value to the business and meeting customer needs
- Collaborate with the Scrum Master to ensure the team is following the Scrum framework and agile best practices
- Make tough decisions on prioritization, scope, and trade-offs
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the product performance and make adjustments as necessary

**Experience**:

- Product Owner: 10 years (preferred)
- SAP Projects: 10 years (preferred)
