We’re looking for a Strategic Product Owner to join our international team and drive impactful initiatives across multiple markets. As a Senior Product Owner, you will oversee the development of critical customer journeys and retail banking solutions, ensuring they deliver tangible value, align with user needs, and support strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include managing the product backlog, leading requirements design, and coordinating agile delivery across both Group and local teams.What You’ll DoDefine and own the product vision for key customer journeys and digital banking solutions.Manage and prioritise the product backlog, aligning with strategic goals and stakeholder input.Translate customer needs into actionable requirements in collaboration with UX, business leads, and technical teams.Lead the design of initiatives, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and customer experience.Coordinate dependencies across teams and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for smooth rollouts.What We’re Looking ForDegree in business, IT, economics, or a related field.3–5 years’ experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in an agile, digital environment.Strong understanding of customer-centric design and backlog management.Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.What We OfferOpportunity to make an impact at Group level.Dynamic, international work environment with flat hierarchies.Flexible work arrangements, including remote options.Attractive benefits: pension scheme, public transport pass, gym membership, bike leasing, and relocation support.Modern office in Frankfurt’s Bockenheim district.
