Job Description

The person we are looking for will incrementally build capability within teams to improve efficiency using lean methodology on site.

Your responsibility:

- Effective leadership and accountability to ensure full compliance to Safety Health Environment policies and procedures,
- Establish a culture where the entire organisation owns safety and aspires for Zero Harm,
- Ensure full compliance to Quality process and procedures,
- Coaching and Mentoring employees,
- Creating Continuous Improvement (CI) culture on site,
- Ensuring small project governance,
- Change management at site level,
- Manage and lead plant improvement projects at site level.

Our Requirements:

- Secondary education including GCSE at C+/5+ in Maths and English or equivalent qualifications/ demonstration of proficiency,
- Minimum 3 years of experience: working within a manufacturing environment / leading teams to deliver change / coaching and mentoring employees / managing teams,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Strong presentation skills,
- Strong safety mindset,
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills,
- Ability to plan and manage time effectively,
- Proficient in MS Office,
- CI awareness,
- Language: fluent in German and English.
