**Continuous Improvement Specialist (M/F/d)**:

As a Continuation Improvement Specialist, you will be establishing and maintaining a continuous improvement culture in ABB, utilizing Lean Six Sigma and process management methodology, and creating transparency to monitor progress. In this role you will typically be identifying and implementing continuous improvement projects in the local organization and/or mastering multiple projects.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Coaching of all roles in process management during the fulfillment and implementation of their role tasks e.g., process owners and process modelers
- Review and analysis of compliance with organization-wide process management methods
- Analysis of processes to identify potentials for improvements including digitalization potentials
- Steering of ideas through the idea management process and alignment with improvement potentials from process management, audit management and other sources
- Prioritization proposals for the implementation of ideas/improvement actions for the optimization of the process landscape (transformation project portfolio)
- Driving transformational projects with a hands-on and problem-solving approach in coordination with the project management office (PMO)

**Your background**:

- Knowledge of process management and continuous improvement methodologies
- Sound knowledge of process management tool SmarterPro (QUAM) desirable
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
- A graduate degree in business administration or quality management
- Fluent in German and English
