The Talent Acquisition Market Lead position is a pivotal role that demands strategic leadership and a comprehensive understanding of the talent landscape.

**What**You’ll** Do**

Strategic Leadership:
Lead the Europe talent acquisition strategy, aligning with business and HR leadership to anticipate hiring needs and workforce planning changes.

Performance & Analytics:
Use data and tools to monitor regional hiring metrics, identify trends, and benchmark against competitors. Drive improvements in time-to-start, quality of hire, and process adherence through partnerships with our recruiting teams.

Proactive Talent Planning:
Partner with market leaders to assess future talent needs, inform proactive sourcing strategies, and deliver predictive analytics to support planning.

Process Excellence:
Champion process consistency and technology adoption across the TA lifecycle. Educate stakeholders on process requirements and identify opportunities for automation and enhancement.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as the primary point of contact for regional HR and business leaders. Build strong relationships with TA COE, DE&I teams, recruitment marketing, and external search partners.

Market strategy and partnerships:
Evaluate TA maturity across countries in the market and lead initiatives for optimisation. Manage executive search and vendor relationships.

**What you need**
- Proven experience in strategic talent acquisition, preferably in a matrixed or global organisation.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Fluency in data analysis tools such as PowerBI and Excel.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Deep understanding of market-specific hiring norms, trends, and challenges.
- Ability to influence and lead through change, with a focus on continuous improvement.
