**Trainee (m/w/d) Market Development**:
**Aufgaben**

- Mitwirkung bei der Ausarbeitung von Strategien und operativen Umsetzungskonzepten in mehreren Industrien (Energy, Building Technology, Maritime, Process, Food & Beverage)
- Mitwirkung von Potentialanalysen sowie Identifikation und Bewertung neuer Produktlösungen für dieses Marktsegment
- Mitwirkung in internationalen Kundenprojekten und Ausbau der Geschäftsbeziehungen
- Mitwirkung bei der Konzeption geeigneter Vertriebs
- und Marketinginstrumente zur Unterstützung eines erfolgreichen Roll-Outs weltweit
- Mitwirkung beim Beobachten des globalen Marktumfelds hinsichtlich Trends, neuer Applikationen und der Wettbewerbssituation

**Profil**

- Wirtschaftsingenieurwissenschaftliches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium; Alternativ ein techn. Studiengang im Bereich Energietechnik, Elektrotechnik oder Industrielle Automatisierung, o.Ä.
- Eigenständiger Arbeitsstil mit Interesse an persönlicher Weiterentwicklung und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Kreative, lernwillige sowie überzeugende Persönlichkeit
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Interesse an internationaler Zusammenarbeit
