Als Product Owner Digital Solutions (w/m/d) unterstützt du uns in anspruchsvollen, agilen Projekten der digitalen Landwirtschaft. In deiner Position hast du umfassende Möglichkeiten zur Gestaltung der nächsten Generation der Softwarelösungen für die digitale Landwirtschaft. Werde Teil unseres Teams und hilf uns dabei die Landwirtschaft effizienter, nachhaltiger und moderner zu gestalten.- Your responsibilities and tasks: - Betreuung eines Produkt Teams im DairyNet Umfeld (Cloud Platform) - Inhaltliche Abstimmung der zu entwickelnden Funktionalitäten mit den involvierten Produktmanagern und Product Ownern - Erarbeitung von User Stories und Use Cases zur Umsetzung in Software-Entwicklungsteams - Fachlicher Ansprechpartner für das Entwicklungsteam - Impulsgeber für die Produktentwicklung im digitalen Umfeld - Aufbereitung und Visualisierung der umzusetzenden Themen und Funktionen sowohl für die Entwicklung als auch für das Management - Zusammenarbeit mit vielen anderen Produkt Teams bei der Entwicklung einer ganzheitlichen Roadmap über alle Produkte der GEA Farm Technologies - Direkter Kontakt mit den Kunden und Partnern, um die Interessen aller Beteiligten aufzunehmen und zu priorisieren - Dein Entwicklungsteam arbeitet mit folgendem Techstack (Microsoft Azure, Java, Spring, Angular, PrimeNG und Terraform) Your profile and qualifications: - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Technisches Studium (Maschinenbau, Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieur oder Agrarwissenschaften) - Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der inhaltlichen Steuerung und von Software-Entwicklungsteams für ein Digitales Produkt - Begeisterung für die Arbeit von Landwirten in unseren Kernmärkten - Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent sowie Teamfähigkeit - Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office - Grundkenntnisse in Atlassian JIRA und Confluence wünschenswert - Bereitschaft zu internationalen Dienstreisen (
