**Was wird Dich herausfordern?**:

- Du arbeitest eng mit der Finanzabteilung zusammen und bist an der Erstellung der Finanzberichte aktiv beteiligt.
- Du unterstützt bei täglichen Aufgaben zur Vorbereitung des Monatsabschlusses sowie aller damit im Zusammenhang stehenden Aufgaben.
- Du führst Geschäftsanalysen durch und bereitest Präsentationen für unsere Shareholder, Partner und Investoren vor.
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Credit Risk Team zusammen, um bei ersten und laufenden Due-Diligence-Prüfungen unserer Kunden zu unterstützen.
- Du arbeitest an Projekten zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Finance & Risk Prozesse.
- Du wirst in verschiedene Projekte eingebunden und erhältst die Möglichkeit, eigene Ideen einzubringen.

**Was wird Dich zum Erfolg führen?**:

- ** Studium**. Du studierst BWL oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang und bist mindestens im dritten Semester, idealerweise hast du bereits erste Praxiserfahrung im Bereich Finance gesammelt.
- ** Exzellente analytische Fähigkeiten**. Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig aber gehst dabei auch strukturiert und mit viel Detailgenauigkeit vor.
- ** Interesse an Start-up / Fintech**. Du verfolgst die Start-up und Fintech Szene schon länger, und du wolltest schon immer einem dynamischen, internationalen, und teamorientierten Start-up-Umfeld arbeiten, mit dem Bestreben dieses kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
- ** Antrieb und Tatendrang**. Du bist motiviert und ambitioniert, und hast Interesse daran dich in kürzester Zeit ins neue Team einzuarbeiten damit du uns bei den Aufgaben unterstützen kannst.
- ** Technische Gewandtheit.** Du hast ausgezeichnete Excel und PowerPoint Kenntnisse und lernst dich schnell in neue Systeme ein. SQL ist ein Plus.
- ** Du hast eine andere Stärke? **Dann lass sie uns gerne wissen.

Und nicht zu vergessen:
**Fließend Deutsch** und
**sehr gute Englischkenntnisse** sind notwendig, um in unserem internationalen Umfeld agieren zu können.
