**Internship / Working Student **Business Development
**YOUR MISSION**
As a Business Development intern or working student at DLT Finance, you will work cross-functionally across all departments and support us on various topics. You will be a valued contributor to numerous projects and use your expertise to advance our.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- You will work cross functional across all departments and support us on various topics.
- You get to know multifaceted topics and tasks in a fast-paced company within a short period of time
- Working closely with Marketing to provide feedback on campaign performance and improve lead qualification and scoring
- Developing, testing and iterating outbound campaigns to drive new outbound opportunities.
- Partnering closely with Sales to penetrate critical accounts strategically
- Support the Sales Engineering team with product demonstrations
- You reliably take over your own projects
**YOUR PROFILE**
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, and critical thinking
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and German
- Experience building a pipeline by qualifying leads and developing opportunities.
- Natural curiosity and an eagerness to learn
- The ability to quickly adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
- Unafraid to fail and quickly owns up to it
- Knowledge of the relevant regulations is a plus
- Understanding of Web3 technologies is a plus
- Prior experience within the technology sector, ideally fintech, is a plus
