**Quality Control tasks**:

- Following PQS Policies and Procedures required to perform testing of materials and products
- Supporting tech transfer of analytical methods into QC
- Participating in the validation and verification of analytical test methods
- Participating in the qualification of laboratory equipment
- Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment
- Writing and reviewing QC documents, test results, and summary reports
- Assisting the Director QC with Change Controls, Deviations and CAPA investigations
- Ensuring a safe work environment
- Working with organisms of risk groups 1 and 2

**Research & Development (R&D) Tasks**:

- Execution of all cell culture measures to maintain routine cell culture as well as to perform various assay formats
- Collaboration in the development and qualification of cell-based assays to determine the biological activity and safety of viral vectors
- Collaboration in the development and qualification of various assay readouts (ELISA, enzymatic activity assays, TCID50, ddPCR) including statistical analysis
- Creation of lab procedures, development reports and qualification reports
- Tasks for general laboratory organization and maintenance of laboratory operations

**Requirements**:

- Technical assistant (BTA, CTA) or similar in Life Sciences or related field
- Understanding of the principles of GMP
- Good written & oral communication skills in German and English
