La Marzocco is a manufacturer of high-quality espresso machines, founded in 1927 by the Bambi brothers in Florence.
Our machines are known for their reliability, durability, top-level consistency, and timeless design. Today, La Marzocco operates its own subsidiaries in twelve countries - Germany being one of them.
La Marzocco Germany, headquartered in Markgröningen, is a fast-growing business with 30 employees across different locations in Germany.
To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a **Service Coordinator**for our Berlin office.
**Position**:
Your Responsibilities:
- Monitor the allocation of internal and external technical resources for installations, services, and repairs, ensuring optimal performance and coverage.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal departments — including logistics, sales, accounting, and marketing — to optimize efficiency in line with the above point.
- Maintain effective communication with customers and partners to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with service-level agreements nationwide and keep documentation up to date.
- Oversee the processing of incoming service requests from all channels, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
**Requirements**:
- Strong analytical thinking and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to take responsibility with confidence.
- Strong service mindset and excellent communication skills.
- IT skills (Teams, Excel, CRM software, SAP) are an advantage.
- Very good German skills.
- Good English skills.
