Die Abteilung Patient Safety im Qualitätsbereich wird sich künftig auch um die Unterstützung der weltweiten Vertriebsorganisationen bei technischen Fragestellungen kümmern. Das neue Team für „Technischen Service, Externe Geräte“ wird damit einen wichtigen Beitrag liefern zur verbesserten Vertriebsunterstützung beim Troubleshooting.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Erfassung, Weiterleitung und Nachverfolgung von Support-Anfragen, auch in einer Fremdsprache (vorrangig Englisch)
- Planung und Überwachung der Anfragebearbeitung über ein Ticketsystem
- Pflege einer Wissensdatenbank zur schnellen Beantwortung wiederkehrender Anfragen
- Beantwortung technischer Anfragen auf verständliche Weise für Nicht-Techniker
- Überwachung von KPIs sowie Erstellen und Aktualisieren von Schulungsunterlagen zur Einhaltung von Standards

**Dein Profil**
- Eine abgeschlossene mindestens dreijährige fachspezifische Berufsausbildung in der Medizintechnik, Informatik oder vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Medizintechnik
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in einer gängigen Programmiersprache und bist mit der Nutzung von Ticketsystemen unter Einhaltung von Service Level Agreements vertraut
- Eine sichere Kommunikation mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern, verbunden mit einer ausgeprägten Kundenorientierung, zeichnen dich aus
- Du bist versiert in der Kommunikation auf Deutsch
- (C2-Level) und auf Englisch (C1-Level)
