**About the role**
As an Attorney Support (Senior) Specialist (“Partner
- und Teamassistenz”), you will be responsible for performing a variety of secretarial duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature. s. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and tracking schedules and calendars.
- Opening new matters following client intake procedures (conflicts check, engagement letters, anti-money laundering).
- Creating, editing, and processing client bills in accordance with firm and client requirements and working closely with billing attorneys to prepare bills.
- Preparing and formatting transaction related documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Supporting with Business Development related administrative tasks (organizing client events in collaboration with the Business Development team, keeping client contacts up-to-date)
- Coordinating travel arrangements and managing expense reports.
- Entering and closing timesheets per policies.

- Demonstrate well developed and professional interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the Firm.
- Possess organizational skills needed to manage time well, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple deadlines.
- Are committed to technical and professional development.
- Have excellent German and very good English skills (verbally and written).

- Several years of secretarial or administrative support experience in an international professional services firm (ideally, in a law firm environment).
