IP Resourcing is dedicated to attracting top PATMA (Patent Attorneys and Trademark Attorneys) talent for a mix of UK and European clients.Role DescriptionA top-tier UK-headquartered firm is seeking two Patent Attorneys (Engineering) based in Munich, with some flexibility to work from home. The primary responsibilities include drafting and preparing patent applications, assessing patentability, managing patent-related legal matters, and conducting due diligence. The Patent Attorney will work closely with clients to ensure technical and legal accuracy, providing strategic advice and solutions for intellectual property protection.QualificationsQualified German and European patent attorney (must be both)Expertise in Patent Applications, including drafting and filing processesStrong knowledge of Patent Preparation and Patent Law, ensuring compliance with regulatory standardsExperience in assessing patentability and intellectual property potentialProficiency in conducting Due Diligence for intellectual property mattersExceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsA degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical fieldPrevious experience in the intellectual property field or patent-related rolesProficiency in English (required); German or other European languages are a plusThis firm is growing so positions are open to all levels of patent attorney from NQ to Partner.Please reach out in confidence to alison@ipresourcing.com for more information.
