1\. Company Overview

We are a Berlin-based tech-driven company on a mission to support companies in their sustainability transition towards net zero using our climate-tech-backed data, algorithms and industrial expertise. Young and dynamic environment with a deep motivation to have a positive impact.

We are looking for support to onboard new clients and partners. Your role will mainly require environmental metrics, data and analysis skills.

2\. Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a ESG Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our sustainability professionals and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of corporate sustainability initiatives. As an intern, you will assist in research, data analysis, and the further development of our software to solve climate issues.

3\. Please note

Tasks
- Support the consulting and research teams on a variety of corporate, product, and supply chain sustainability issues including but not limited to conducting literature reviews; collecting, organizing and analyzing sustainability data;
- Source for relevant datasets and statistics to support the calculation models;
- Complete ad-hoc calculations as required to support the sustainability projects;
- Keep organized records to support the results with clear data structuring and management of files in relevant locations;
- Communicate results clearly and concisely to the stakeholders;
- Carefully document research and work progress and maintain documents in the proper locations;
- Assist in editing, compiling reports and presentations and related deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in the following areas: Business / Economics / Engineering / Law / Material Science / Sustainability / Resource & Energy management
- Skills in consulting, project management, and research are a plus
- Willingness to take full ownership of projects/tasks and their KPIs
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and/or Google Workspace apps
- Familiarity with GHG, LCIA methods and software is a plus
- Eagerness to learn & improve at a rapid pace
- Independent worker with little demand for direction
- Professional knowledge of English in both written and oral
- Ready to work at least 20 hours per week - ideally 40 hours per week and to dive into the sphere of sustainability
- A registered student in a University in Europe is a plus
