**Your role**:
As a **Founder's Associate Intern**, you will play a crucial role in driving key projects and supporting the growth of our company. Your responsibilities will cover a wide range of operational, financial, and strategic tasks that contribute to enhancing business efficiency and success.
- Work closely with the founders to support daily operations and long-term strategic initiatives.
- Take ownership of strategic projects, from planning to execution, ensuring timely progress and delivery.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to assist in decision-making processes by preparing data-driven insights, financial analyses, and action plans.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform and shape our B2B strategy, engaging directly with potential clients and partners.
- Monitor and optimize financial performance by developing budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Continuously improve internal processes, proposing and implementing financial and operational enhancements to drive efficiency.

- ** Analytical and Financial Acumen**: You have sound financial skills, are comfortable working with data, and can analyze financial statements, manage budgets and financial models.
- ** Tech-Savvy and Innovative**: You are excited about cutting-edge technology, especially AI solutions, and are eager to explore how it can transform ESG management and auditing processes.
- ** Proactive Problem Solver**: You have a founder’s mentality, always ready to take initiative, solve challenges, and drive results with a hands-on approach.
- ** Collaborative and Adaptable**: You thrive in cross-functional teams, love collaborating with diverse departments like product, marketing, and leadership, and can easily pivot to meet evolving business needs.

**Requirements**:

- First experience as a generalist in a fast paced environment such as consulting or at a startup
- Sound financial skills, including the ability to analyze financial statements, manage budgets, and update financial models
- You are approaching the completion of your degree or have recently graduated from university. Alternatively, you possess outstanding experience that demonstrates your strong commitment to entrepreneurship.
- High analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Interest or experience in sustainability, ESG consulting, or related fields.
- Strong affinity for technology and AI, with a desire to learn about AI solutions and their role in ESG.
- Fluency in English and another major European language (preferably German or French).
- Excellent excel skills
