**Your profile**:
**In detail you will**:

- Conduct in-depth research and document ESG requirements for the real estate sector in the EU, UK & US market (e.g. CSRD, EU Taxonomy, SFDR, Décret Tertiare, Energy Star, REEB, etc).
- Contribute to the growing internal ESG reporting knowledge base.
- Lead internal training sessions to ensure the ESG reporting knowledge is properly disseminated throughout the company.
- Assist in the creation of a common reporting framework to be used across different ESG reporting standards.
- Support in the creation of business process flow based on ESG reporting requirements.
- Actively participate in internal meetings, fostering collaboration with various teams.

**We would like to hear from you if**:

- A master’s or B.Sc. degree in Sustainability/ Real Estate or any other related field.
- Good understanding of the sustainability, policy and ESG latest developments in the real estate sector.
- Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders (technical and non-technical).
- Fluent in English; German, French, or other European languages is an advantage.
- You bring a proactive mindset, are organized and have strong time management skills.
- You have a thirst for learning and growth in a start-up environment and a passion for sustainability topics.
- Solution-focused and open-minded personality; detail-oriented with a focus on results.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Passion for real estate, technology, and sustainability.
- Strong interest in entrepreneurship and technology start-ups in an international context
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
