We offer a software for decarbonisation and ESG reporting capabilities, enabling businesses like BMW, Mollie, Sorare, GANNI, Chloé, and N26 to successfully manage their net zero journeys. Building and growing Plan A has been only possible thanks to our ever-expanding team across Europe.

We're looking for an intern to support the Sustainability Solutions team in ESG topics for 6 months with the possibility of a permanent contract after the completion of the internship. The desired start date is July or August. If our mission is aligned with your values and personal goals, we want to get to know you

**Requirements**:
At Plan A, you'll be working with hundreds of companies to successfully manage their net zero journeys and ESG reporting. This internship will be housed in the Sustainability Solutions Team, which is composed of decarbonisation specialists, carbon accountants, and an ESG specialist. The intern would support the ESG specialist and also work collaboratively with the commercial teams at Plan A.

**What we are looking for**:
Bachelor's degree in political science or a related field, and/or experience in working in policy
Understanding of legislative processes on the EU level
Ability to work independently, prioritise, and manage time effectively
You’re comfortable working in fast-paced environments, troubleshooting issues in real time, and overseeing multiple tasks simultaneously
A proactive character with a strong sense of prioritisation
Knowledge of the regulatory ESG landscape is a plus
Knowledge of financial reporting requirements on ESG performance is a plus
Fluency in English and Germany is necessary, additional ability with French is ideal

**Your task will cover**:
Keeping track of existing and upcoming regulations and their requirements
Research tasks to support the Plan A commercial team’s communications about policy and regulations
Maintenance of the Plan A online Policy Center
Support writing of policy white papers
Summarise complex information about policy and regulations into easily understandable formats
Work independently, prioritise, and manage time effectively
