Welcome to Welthungerhilfe **Junior Expert Institutional Donor Relations**: **in**Bonn**: - The position is to be filled as soon as possible, with a contract duration of two years. Employment location will be Bonn, Germany. Following a period of one year in Bonn, an assignment in a non-European Welthungerhilfe project country is foreseen in the second contract year. **Your responsibilities**: - Support in assuring quality of concept notes, proposals and reports for institutional donors (in particular funding of German public donors) - Support in Relation Management and handling of institutional funding, in particular funding of German public donors - Creation of best practice solutions and support of knowledge management for the development of project and program proposals - Support of the strategy development of the Institutional Donor Relations Unit - Participation in thematic working groups within the Institutional Donor Relations Unit and the program department - Support in onboarding international colleagues - Support in the planning, implementation and documentation of donor events and meetings (including representation of WHH) **Your profile**: - A university or college degree in social sciences, development policy, international relations, economics or a related field - Initial experience in the planning and implementation of development cooperation or humanitarian aid measures, e.g. within the framework of an internship - Sound ability of editing**texts and reports - Solid software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams, OneNote, SharePoint), experience with content management systems would be an advantage - Good coordination and organisational skills in an intercultural environment - Proactivity, team spirit and good communication skills - Ability to work in an intercultural environment - You recognize the growing value of data in your field and are eager to build your awareness and skills to incorporate data-informed approaches into your work - Very good command of spoken and written German and English; French language skills would be of**great advantage **Our offer**: - We offer you the opportunity to work in a responsible and interesting field as part of an extremely dedicated team.
