Employment location will be Bonn, Germany.- As Expert Corporate Finance & Accounting you ensure that Welthungerhilfe continues to meet the internal and external reporting and transparency requirements efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with the Head of Corporate Finance & Accounting and will support him in certain areas (especially Digitalization) and deputize him in case of absence.**Your responsibilities**: - Ensure that accounting is compliant to GoBD and institutional donor requirements, by providing timely, correct and complete financial information - Initiating and developing the digitalizaiton of the unit in close cooperation with IT and other units - Preparation of annual and monthly accounts to make them auditable - Assumption of the bookkeeping Welthungerhilfe's foundations - Accounting for the association and foundation Welthungerhilfe, including tax returns - Ensure compliance with internal/external payment obligations, including liquidity of programme work **Your profile**: - A university degree in a relevant field, or a completed vocational training as an accountant - A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an accountant - Sound experience in the redesign and adaptation of processes - Profound knowledge in the areas of SAP- FI & CO, Controlling & Reporting - Excellent spoken and written English and German language skills **Our offer**: - We offer you the opportunity to work in a responsible and interesting field as part of an extremely dedicated team.
