We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible. This junior expert role is offered on a two-year fixed-term contract. Employment location will be Bonn, Germany.

As a Junior Expert in Project Management, you will serve as a vital link between headquarters and country project offices. You will ensure that organizational strategies are effectively translated into local action while bringing local insights and realities to the center. By fostering collaboration, clarity, and alignment across teams, you will support the smooth delivery of key initiatives and contribute to achieving WHH's mission to drive sustainable change.

• Joint responsibility for the program and ensuring the achievement of the overarching, business-critical overall goals
• Responsibility for the solution architecture of the entire S/4HANA platform (especially in the areas of FIN, SCM, DON, and HR) in close cooperation with the DSO technical consulting team
• Support in the development and improvement of business processes in an S/4HANA environment.
• Support in solving business and technical problems by working with process owners and IT teams.
• Support in coordinating and supporting international branches, both remotely and during occasional on-site visits. Management of the strategic development of new business processes within the framework of S/4HANA

• A University or College degree in a relevant field, with strong experience in project coordination or management.
• Proven experience working in multinational or matrix organizations would be a plus
• Knowledge of project management methodologies; relevant certifications (PMP/PMI/IPMA) are an asset.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to balance global direction with local realities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of bridging cultural and organizational differences.
• A proactive and adaptable team player, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving alignment.
• Understanding the growing value of data in the field and striving to make evidence-based decisions.
• Enthusiasm for building connections and fostering collaboration in an international environment.
• English comes easily both spoken and written, as Welthungerhilfe works in nearly 40 countries - German or French is not a must, but a plus
