Admin & Customer Support Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide friendly, professional support to internal customers
- Manage and track service requests and general inquiries
- Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and schedules
- Coordinate incoming requests with internal departments
- Perform general office tasks such as data entry and filing
- Ensure a high level of service and responsiveness
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Legally authorized to work in Germany
- 1+ year of experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- High level of organization, accuracy, and professionalism
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in structured office or institutional environments
- Familiarity with service tracking or support systems
- Basic German language skills (not required but helpful)
**Work Schedule**:
This is a **full-time, on-site position** in Wiesbaden. Working hours are Monday to Friday, following standard office hours.
Pay: 36.000,00€ - 48.000,00€ per year
