**What You'll Do**:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our sales operations, focusing on nurturing and expanding our client base within the German, Austrian, and Swiss service provider and reseller markets, among others across Europe.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Provide detailed information and demonstrations of our switches and routers to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Work closely with the marketing team to identify new market opportunities.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous experience in an inside sales role, preferably within the IT or telecommunications industry.
- Familiarity with the service provider markets in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Experience with other European markets is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-oriented approach with a passion for achieving sales goals.
