Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for procurement? At **KWS Berlin GmbH**, we are looking for an **Associate Procurement (M/F/d)** for our operations in **Turkey and support on East Europe, BeNeLux and Scandinavia**. You will work with a great team to ensure effective and highly efficient processes while providing efficient and state-of-the-art transactional services to internal and external clients on a daily basis. The Procurement Associate will guide and support business users in all relevant aspects, also driving continuous process improvement and facilitating the standardization, digitalization, and automation of the end-to-end source-to-pay process. This position is with **limited contract (2 years), full-time and located in Berlin**. **Your responsibilities**: - Process purchase requisitions, orders, and contracts for Goods & Services as per defined scope and in accordance with the defined service level agreement (SLA). - Process requests from users via the internal ticketing system in accordance with the defined service level agreement (SLA). - Conduct and analyze requests for quotations (RFQs) and execute tactical buying for Goods and Services for defined thresholds and spend categories. - Monitor the spending patterns in the supported KWS legal entities and provide suggestions on potential catalog implementation for defined spend categories. - Drive PO quota improvement initiatives in the supported legal entities. - Provide end-user education and training in the procurement process and tools. **Your profile**: - Preferably an academic degree in Business Administration or related field; - Sound knowledge of general procurement processes and primary professional experience in procurement, preferably in Shared Service Center environment; - Experience in working in ERP systems (preferably SAP, S4HANA knowledge is a plus); - Process-driven team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills, customer orientation and extraordinary service attitude; - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment; - ** You have Turkish as native language, fluency in English and in an East-Europe language (**Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Hungarian, Polish, Romanian, Serbian, Ukrainian).
