Atotech Academy is dedicated to providing innovative and high-quality educational experiences. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Digital Learning Program Lead to join our team and drive the development of AI-driven educational content.

A Day in your Life at MKS Atotech:
You Will Make an Impact By:

- Lead Project Management: Oversee the planning, development, and deployment of digital learning content for Atotech Academy using AI tools such as ChatGPT, HeyGen, and Decktopus AI.
- Content Creation Strategy: Collaborate with SMEs to design course structures, define learning objectives, and guide the use of AI to automate content creation (scripts, slides, video production).
- AI Tool Integration: Manage and optimize the use of AI tools for content generation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability of educational material.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all digital content aligns with instructional design best practices, is pedagogically sound, and meets the learning goals of the organization.
- Coordination and Communication: Act as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders (SMEs, leadership, technical teams) and external vendors for AI tools and platforms.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while providing regular updates to senior management on progress, challenges, and successes.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve workflows for using AI in digital content creation to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Skills You Bring:

- Strong results and customer orientation combined with effective stakeholder management.
- Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in working with SMEs.
- Proven experience managing large-scale learning projects.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, HeyGen) and video production.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with e-learning platforms, authoring tools, and LMS systems

Preferred Skills:

- Advanced experience with video production.
- Strong understanding of instructional design best practices.

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or Project Management (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience in digital learning development or instructional design with proven experience managing large-scale learning projects. Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or HeyGen is a plus.

Supervisory Scope:

- Reporting Relationships: Reports to the Director of Marketing Communications.
- Financial Responsibilities: Manage project budgets related to digital learning
initiatives.
