The Berlin-based Babbel for Business team is looking for a Team Lead Core Content B2B.

**You will**:

- Lead the growing and multinational Core Content team that creates B2B content marketing assets for their dedicated geo and is part of the bigger B2B Marketing team.
- Collaborate closely with channel-specific content marketing managers, the leadership of Marketing Operations and Performance Marketing plus a variety of stakeholders from Design, Sales and Account Management.
- Contribute towards lead acquisition along a co-developed content strategy and correct the course when needed.
- Coach, motivate and develop a team at different career stages and employ their strengths for the biggest impact.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and drive innovation.
- Own the Core Content Production Budget and enable your team to spend it on the right initiatives.

**You have**:

- 2+ years of experience in leadership.
- 4+ years of experience in B2B content marketing for more than one geography.
- A motivation to bring people together efficiently and support setting up work processes that are scalable and operationally fool-proved.
- A holistic view on B2B content marketing activities and experience across different content channels and formats.
- High standards for quality management.
- A solution-oriented and team-driven outlook.
- Respect for expertise and are invested in personal development of your direct reports.
