**Head of Accounting (m/w/d)**

**Ihr Aufgabengebiet**:

- Übernahme der Verantwortung für die Finanzberichterstattung des Vorstands und der Geschäftsführung einschließlich Gewinn
- und Verlustrechnung, Bilanz und Kapitalflussrechnung
- Jahresabschlüsse und Finanzberichte nach dem deutschen Handelsgesetzbuch (HGB)
- Führen von Steuererklärungen und Monatsabschlüssen
- Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Pflege von Reportingprozessen für Finanz-, Vertriebs-, Marketing
- und Betriebsprozesse
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Korrekturmaßnahmen bei größeren Abweichungen vom Jahresbudget und den Finanzzielen der Geschäftseinheit
- Sicherstellung der effektiven Nutzung von Daten - z. B. in Bezug auf den Personalbestand, die Kapitalrendite bei Maschineninvestitionen und das Betriebskapitalmanagement. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführern, um künftige Anforderungen zu ermitteln

**Das bieten Sie**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder Finanzen, bevorzugt, aber nicht ausschließlich, auf Master-Niveau
- Solide Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren nationalen/internationalen und interdisziplinären Reporting
- und Controllingfunktionen
- Konzeptionsstärke bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Initiativen
- Ausgezeichnete MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Kenntnisse in ERP- und Reporting-Software, idealerweise Hyperion
- Fließende Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind erforderlich
