**Job Description**:
**Your missions**:
Are you ready to help us invent the future? As the Head of Sales, you will shape the Vision and Values by achieving the assigned sales budget targets. You will be responsible for optimizing the BIC brand's long-term forecast and profit targets while working with our customers in the DACH Region (Germany/Austria/Switzerland). You will be responsible for communicating and implementing BIC strategic initiatives, policies and standards into our customers' organizational structure. You will also responsible for communicating and addressing the needs of our customers within the BIC structure. Maintain high level contacts and relationships with customers; develop consumer and customer satisfaction on BIC brands (writing instruments, lighters, shavers)

As part of the DACH management team, and reporting to the Managing Director, the Head of Sales is responsible for developing net sales and profit growth across channels and all three categories, as well as developing and deploying plans to achieve ambitious long-term business goals. The key responsibilities will be:
**Manage & monitor**:

- You will be responsible for all retail channels, including e-commerce, managing directly three Sales Managers or indirectly a team of 20+ people
- You will have full account and business management responsibility to protect and grow assets for the designated accounts for all channels
- You will monitor market and sales (including KPIs and budget), taking corrective actions when necessary to ensure sales goals are achieved
- You will work with Finance & supply on budget
- You will work & monitor our forecast & assure good information to secure product availability relative to supply & the country demand planner

**Lead**:

- You will oversee all pricing negotiations and activities within the countries, for each category and work the pricing strategy with the RGM team to drive its execution
- You will work closely with the marketing & RGM team to assure profitable growth and to secure our 3-year Growth Plan

**Inspire**

**Your professional profile includes**:

- At least 8-10 years of commercial experience in the FMCG industry in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of at least the German market
- Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales growth in the FMCG industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and levels of the organization to coordinate activities.
- You are an exceptional communicator, relationship builder, leader and team builder with an original thought process.
- Effective Global Negotiator
