**Your responsibilities**
- **Support success of projects at both front-end and after-sales**
- Lead opportunities into Award by offering customized technical options that fits for customer
- Ensure quality of Installation by efficient planning and field work
- Allocate team resource effectively by optimizing schedule and budget
- Ensure team's safety by abiding by applicable regulations and rules
- **Keep developing team's work process and systems more efficient**
- Standardize work processes and cost (for labor sales)
- Develop process of enhancing team's work scope (e.g. labor sales of commissioning and trainings)
- Keep team members competitively skilled with latest technology
- **Efficient and productive communication**
- Share regular reports with stakeholders, including plan and progress
- Communicate with subsidiary stakeholders (e.g. Sales, PD, and Sales Engineers) and HQ Engineers
- Provide product/system feedback to stakeholders (e.g. Europe ID, HQ Engineers)
- **Relationship**
- Primarily work as line manager of both teams to coordinate the job processes and resource allocation
- Maintain himself necessary skills and knowledge to perform role of Head Solution Architect and/or Head Supervisor

**Your qualifications**
- University degree in Engineering or Electronics
- Minimum 7 years' experience in the similar area
- Leading personality, able to inspire, engage and lead by example
- Excellent communication and presentation Skills
- Results driven with proven track record
- Innovative and out of the box thinker
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (a second European language or Korean will be an added value)
