Your Role
**As our Digital Content Creator, you’ll**:
- Create quick-cut, trending video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok, staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and formats.
- Take an editorial approach to food shooting and styling, ensuring visually cohesive and premium content that aligns with our brand identity.
- Manage content production end-to-end, including brainstorming ideas, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing.
- Collaborate closely with the Brand & Creative Lead and Creative Strategist, assisting with daily tasks and contributing to larger strategic campaigns.
- Work proactively to deliver a consistent stream of high-quality content across social media platforms, website imagery and newsletter assets, maintaining a balance between creative experimentation and on-brand messaging.
- Analyze performance metrics to help optimize content and improve engagement.
- Occasionally assist with other creative projects that pop up
What You Bring
- A track record of creating engaging video content (please share your portfolio or examples of work).
- Strong proficiency in editing tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, specifically Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro, CapCut).
- A strong eye for visuals and styling, with an understanding of social media aesthetics and what works to grab attention.
- Knowledge of various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest. Reddit) and their respective algorithms.
- Experience in working with fast-paced content output without compromising on quality.
- A hands-on approach, a creative mindset, and a knack for coming up with fresh ideas.
- Native German and English C1.
- Minimum 1.5 years experience in a related field.
- Bonus points for experience in food styling, branding, or working with lifestyle brands.
