Job Description

The Social Media Content Creator is responsible for developing engaging, creative, and brand-aligned content across various digital and social media platforms. This role plays a key part in enhancing brand visibility, growing online communities, and driving audience engagement through visual storytelling, trend analysis, and consistent posting strategies.

The ideal candidate is creative, tech-savvy, and passionate about digital media, with strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and analytics. Working closely with the marketing and design teams, the Social Media Content Creator will help define the brand's online voice and produce content that resonates with target audiences.

Role Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality content (images, videos, graphics, captions) for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Develop and execute social media content calendars to maintain consistent posting schedules.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and communication teams to align content with campaign goals.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Optimize content for platform-specific formats and best practices.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports to measure content effectiveness and audience engagement.
  • Support paid social campaigns by providing creative assets and post copy.
  • Contribute creative ideas for brand storytelling, campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital tools, social media algorithms, and content trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or CapCut.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong visual storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
  • Knowledge of current social media trends, hashtags, and audience behavior.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Photography, videography, or motion graphic skills are a plus.
  • Passion for creativity, branding, and digital engagement.
