Role Description

This is a contract and remote role for a YouTube Content Creator. The YouTube Content Creator will be responsible for conceptualizing, scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing video content for the BCC YouTube channel. Tasks will include conducting trend analysis, developing engaging video ideas, optimizing content for searchability, managing post-production editing, and collaborating with the team to align content with BCC's mission and brand voice. The role will also involve monitoring audience engagement, responding to feedback, and ensuring the content meets high-quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in video production, including scripting, filming, and editing
  • Experience in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
  • Knowledge of YouTube optimization techniques, such as SEO, tags, and analytics
  • Creative storytelling abilities and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to stay updated on trends and develop engaging video content that resonates with audiences
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within a team
  • Strong understanding of branding and creating visually appealing content aligned with brand identity
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and social media trends is a plus
  • Experience in the education or content creation industry is beneficial.
