Role Description

The Social Media Content Creator is responsible for developing engaging, creative, and high-quality content across various digital platforms to strengthen brand presence and audience engagement. This role combines storytelling, design, and strategy to produce content that reflects the company's voice, values, and marketing goals. The Social Media Content Creator works closely with marketing, design, and communications teams to plan and execute digital campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity. The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, and data-driven, with a deep understanding of social media trends, analytics, and content optimization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape brand perception and drive online growth through innovative content strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality content (images, videos, graphics, and copy) for multiple social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
  • Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to brainstorm creative concepts and storytelling approaches.
  • Write compelling captions, taglines, and short-form copy that drive engagement and align with brand tone.
  • Produce platform-specific content tailored to audience behavior and current trends.
  • Monitor social media channels daily to interact with followers, respond to messages, and manage community engagement.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize content strategies.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and creative tools to maintain innovative content delivery.
  • Support influencer partnerships, collaborations, and digital events to expand brand reach.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, legal standards, and platform best practices.
  • Contribute to paid social campaigns by creating visuals and copy for ads when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or brand communications.
  • Proven ability to create visually appealing and engaging content across multiple formats.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms, algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator), or CapCut.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics) to measure performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to digital trends.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for digital culture and visual storytelling.
  • Photography or videography experience is a plus.
