For our international group we are looking for a: Global Supplier Development Lead (M/F/d) as soon as possible: - Aufgabenschwerpunkte- Lead and execute the full audit process, starting from preparation to execution to follow-up. - Lead the harmonization and improvement of internal supplier development processes, guidelines and KPI’s as well as material specifications across all SGB-SMIT locations. - Work collaboratively together with the global category managers to identify critical, strategic and high-potential suppliers and to improve their capabilities and competitiveness in the areas of cost, quality, lead time and technology. - Support the internal organization in supplier and material approval processes. - Profile- Several years of experience in Supplier Development role, best case in transformer industry. - Having ISO Auditor certificate, ideally in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001 environment, 45001 Safety - Extraordinary skills in: - analytics, - project and process management, - self-organisation, -structuring and -prioritization, - assertiveness combined with capacity in teamwork, - communication to internal and external Stakeholders. - Business fluent English as well as experienced with Microsoft Office. - Was wir bietenAs an internationally active SGB-SMIT Group, we work with passion and enthusiasm to ensure a secure energy supply worldwide.
