For our international group we are looking for a: Senior Global Lead Buyer (M/F/d) Strategic Group Procurement as soon as possible: - Aufgabenschwerpunkte- Be the responsible SGB-SMIT Group Lead Buyer for several major direct material groups and lead global commodity teams with members from all affected locations. - Develop material group strategies (e.g. with regard to global and local supplier mix, quantity allocations etc.). - Realize Group savings targets for the respective material groups and implement the agreed strategies in all individual locations. - Lead group negotiations with suppliers common to several locations. - Develop and visit existing suppliers important to the Group; identify and introduce new suppliers where required or transfer existing suppliers to other Group locations. - Liaise and align with local material group responsibles and other functions, e.g. in case of cross-functional savings efforts. - Profile- Several years of experience as a Lead Buyer or a leader of cross-functional teams in the industrial business environment, in best case in transformer industry. - Extraordinary skills in: - analytics, - project and process management, - self-organisation, -structuring and -prioritization, - assertiveness combined with capacity in teamwork, - communication to internal and external Stakeholders. - Business fluent English as well as experienced in negotiations and with Microsoft Office. - Was wir bietenAs an internationally active SGB-SMIT Group, we work with passion and enthusiasm to ensure a secure energy supply worldwide.
