**Your mission**:

- Manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations during shifts, ensuring efficiency in staff management, inventory control, and financial performance.
- Train, schedule, and supervise team members to ensure optimal coverage and adherence to company policies.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment, supporting teamwork and professional development of employees.
- Implement and uphold operational standards and procedures to ensure consistent service quality and efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze sales figures, turnover, and expenditure and take proactive measures to optimize profitability and reduce costs.
- Interact with customers to ensure their satisfaction, addressing and resolving any concerns promptly and courteously.

**Your profile**:

- Catering experience preferably with staff responsibility, is not a must.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and kitchen management.
- Excellent customer service skills, focusing on providing a memorable dining experience.
- Good time management, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
