**About the role**

Codashop is our flagship e-commerce platform that makes the world’s most popular digital content, like in-app game purchases and gift codes, accessible to everyone using preferred local payment options at the best prices, all via the convenience of the open web Codashop has over 17 million visitors a month from 60 countries and is integrated with over 350 payment methods.

Reporting to the VP Product, the Codashop Product Director will lead product strategy & planning, product development, features & customer discovery and manage a talented team of product managers.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Product Success**:Define the product vision, product strategy, OKRs, and roadmap for Codashop while inspiring others towards a unified, successful outcome. Ultimately accountable for product innovation, growth, engagement and success.
- ** Key Contact Point**:Serve as the central point of contact to leadership, key stakeholders and other customers both within and outside the organization for all things Codashop.
- ** Customer-first**: Dream and build products and customer experiences that delight our users and partners. You have an unwavering passion to understand the customer and deliver uncompromising experiences that turn them into lifetime advocates.
- ** Cross collaboration**: Drive measurable business impact by working closely with our engineering, International businesses, Marketing, Product Ops, Leadership, and other teams.
- ** Subject Matter Expert**: Innovate, optimize, grow and reinforce the discipline of our product development processes, from roadmap and feature definition to sprint reviews. Continuously incentivise your team to build-measure-learn and set an experimentation powerhouse.
- ** Opportunities Lead**:Identify and evaluate new and arising Publisher and Partner opportunities & challenges and build solutions from top-level goals to detailed operational and system details.

**Requirements**:

- +10 years experience in digital product management in the e-commerce space, working with either dominant globally established product lines and brands with audiences, reach, and revenue in the millions, or building successful ventures from zero to one or driven exponential growth.
- A track record of defining innovative product vision and successfully executing on delivery against clearly defined success metrics.
- Prior experience building and developing high-performing teams that consistently win.
- Outcome-focused, constantly seeking and identifying the most impactful opportunities, with clear and consistent principles for prioritization that maximize ROI. Detail-oriented and data-driven, with the skill to quickly recognize the right metric for the right scenario.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with superior ability to articulate complex requirements to both technical and business audiences both small and large.
- Creative problem solver, ready to do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful, whether testing acceptance criteria or hunting down the root cause of a user’s frustration. Passionate about continuous product improvements through rapid experimentation & iteration, and optimization cycles.
