Product Director

We are building an AI-driven procurement platform designed to help enterprise customers maximize efficiency and reduce costs in their procurement process, while making their supply chains more resilient, more diverse and more environmentally friendly.

As a **Product Director** you will act as a strategic advisor to the CTO and the organization. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional teams including data, engineering, and design, to ensure that Scoutbee builds highly innovative data centric products with a great UX.

- You own the definition of what good is. Your experience in delivering amazing B2B SaaS Products is a resource for the whole organization
- **People Development** - You know how to be a mentor, and a coach to guide a small but awesome team to help them grow.
- **Pragmatic mindset** - You are able to keep your feet on the ground, while filtering and guiding visionary thinking into product features that provide value for users and customers.
- **Design Knowledge**:

- You actively participate in further developing our UX approach, bringing confidence in tools such as the double diamond design process
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration** - You will be involved in discussing data science topics and guide our data team with a strong product vision
- **Stakeholder Alignment**:

- You will be a key stakeholder as we build-out our product marketing function, making sure that we are working in a coordinated and cohesive manner.
- **Interpersonal Relationships**:

- You are able to translate the needs of customers into viable product features, and able to work closely with engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to create positive feedback loops.

**What you bring to our team**
- 5+ years of proven experience of Director/Leadership level in a B2B SaaS environment, having a technologist mindset and a broad industry perspective
- You should be passionate about creating and launching market-leading solutions, and have a history of successfully developing products through different stages of the product life cycle.
- Proven strategic and analytical skills with the capacity to explore and analyze new opportunities in a creative and intelligent way.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, to convey and drive consensus across different stakeholder teams at every step
- Exceptional leadership skills in motivating, mentoring, and coaching the product team toward the business objective.
