**About the opportunity**:
We are looking for an experienced Product Director who will elevate our FinTech products to the next level. You will receive the unique opportunity to have a direct impact in a high-growth startup, by contributing to our product strategy and helping to form our product roadmap. **What you can expect**:

- **Product strategy**. Help steer the product development activities along with our Head of Product.
- **Product ownership.** You will be working on day-to-day activities such as roadmap planning, the definition of requirements, feature prioritisation, KPI setting, and development bottleneck identification. Exactly the way that you think is best.
- **Cross-team collaboration.** You will consistently align with our engineering, operations and sales teams to review the product performance and evaluate customer feedback, ensuring that new iterations are generated whenever necessary to maximise the experience for the customer.
- **Leadership.** As a Product Director, you will work together with a team of talented Product Owners, and ensure that the team meet all KPIs defined by yourself and the Head of Product.

**Your profile**:

- You have 8+ years of professional experience in product management, preferably in high-growth, venture-backed startups.
- Hands-on experience building FinTech products is a must.
- You are fluent in English. Fluency in German is a plus.
- You have a strong focus on building the right product for the target audience and strive to understand your users better than they understand themselves.
- You are a team player who knows how to work with a diverse, high-performing team of product owners and software engineers.
- You have a strategic mindset and love engaging in product analysis. You know how to work with data to understand product usage, identify opportunities, and design experiments that enable you to measure your product's performance.
