The Sustainability department at RWE’s unit Offshore Wind coordinates and drives the sustainability strategy and activities in our Offshore business. As a team we are shaping the way how we grow globally with the aim to position RWE Offshore Wind as a sector leader. RWE aims to achieve a net-positive impact on biodiversity by 2030, net zero emissions by 2040, full circularity by 2050 and become the partner of choice for stakeholders. In order to reach these goals, a number of sustainability initiatives have been set up in our offshore business. We are looking for active support in sustainability project management related tasks, and offer a dynamic learning and enabling environment to support your development.

**Your Tasks**:

- Support the team in project management related tasks on carbon, circularity and biodiversity topics. Tasks include presentation preparation, documentation management, and database maintenance, among others.
- Support in monitoring and analyzing relevant industry/market developments and activities, such as new technology development that can reduce environmental impacts
- Co-lead or support in conducting research and analysis on particular chosen issues in needs, such as artificial reef, habitat restoration, decarbonizing steel, circular material inputs, blade recycling, decommission best practices
- Co-organize team events and meetings
- Support communication works, such as presentation creation to showcase successful sustainability stories, and webpage maintenance
- Support the sustainability team in ad-hoc requests
- Active participate and contribute in regular team meetings as well as topic related content calls

**Your Profile**:

- Enrolled student e.g. in social sciences, natural science, environmental engineering, business administration or other relevant disciplines, preferably with a focus on sustainability related topics
- Passionate about sustainability issues with a strong self-drive to grow and develop
- Analytical and systematic thinker, problem-solving oriented mindset
- Organizational skills, structured and collaborative way of working
- Team player with a high level of motivation and proactivity
- Good MS Office skills and the ability to quickly learn how to use new IT tools
- Fluent English language skill is a must
- Good knowledge on sustainability and renewable energy industry is an advantage
