**Your responsibilities**
We are searching support for one of RWEs most important business projects which is the migration of existing ERP systems onto a new target platform. This is not only an IT project but a Business project which entails learning and change support of the entire end-user population.
- You will strengthen the project team with your know-how in the following activities:

- You are actively involved in accompanying the implementation of the new system both with change and learning support for end-users
- You work independently and creatively on the creation and implementation of innovative concepts for organizational change management
- You support in the preparation and implementation of workshops and trainings

**Your profile**
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program with an excellent academic record (as a Bachelor student, you have completed your first 3 semesters already)
- You have high ambitions to familiarize yourself with new topics and customer-oriented questions
- You are characterized by a structured and independent way of working and bring a high degree of conscientiousness coupled with a high level of commitment
- You enjoy working in a team and an open feedback culture
- You have fluent German and English language skills in spoken and written as well as good Microsoft Office skills (especially PowerPoint)

**Advantageous, but not a must**
- Ideally you were able to gain previous experience from similar activities (internships, student assistant, project experience, etc. ) in the areas of Change, HR, Organisational Development or Leanmanagement
