Support for Digital Finance Initiatives:

Technical & Analytical Support:

  • Support data modelling and reporting initiatives, including data aggregation, transformation, and visualization
  • Assist in integrating financial systems with visualization tools, ensuring consistency, accuracy and scalability in data structures
  • Map data processes, conduct root cause analyses and identify automation opportunities in finance workflows and reporting
  • Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to develop digital innovations and solutions

Process Support:

  • Contribute to the design, testing, and rollout of digital finance processes, including process mining and automation initiatives
  • Participate in feasibility assessments, proof-of-concept (PoC) projects and preparation of technical documentation
  • Support the planning and execution of technical workshops, IT-Finance collaboration sessions, and internal demo events
  • Maintain and structure knowledge platforms (e.g., SharePoint), ensuring accessibility of documentation, templates, and training materials

Communication & Branding:

  • Translate complex technical and financial concepts into clear, engaging narratives for digital communication channels (e.g., newsletters, reports, presentations)
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Synthesia, ChatGPT) to create videos and content that support internal branding and knowledge dissemination

We are seeking the following competencies from you: 

  • Education: Ongoing Master's degree in Business Informatics, Data Science, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Technical Skills:
    • Solid knowledge of SAP, Data Harmonisation tools and/or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
    • Proficiency in data visualisation tools
    • Familiarity with databases, financial systems, and Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
    • Experience with automation tools (Alteryx, VBA, or others) is a plus
  • Finance Knowledge:
    • Understanding of finance processes such as controlling, planning, and reporting
    • Interest in digital finance trends, including RPA, AI in Finance, and process automation
  • Communication Skills:
    • Ability to translate technical topics into digestible content
    • Experience in content creation, video tools, or AI-based storytelling is an advantage
  • Languages: Very good English and German proficiency
