As our Team Head Partner Sales, you will help build and lead a team of sales professionals that will directly contribute to the success and growth of Paymenttools via Partner Sales We are excited for you to build a team that will define our “Hunter DNA” You will make a difference from day one by focusing on expanding our business by defining our target partners, closing partnership deals and maintaining great sales partnerships. Your Tasks - Develop and implement our partnership strategy for new and existing sales partners - As part of our sales organization, build a team to support you in implementing the partnership strategy - Create and guide your team members to prioritize key areas, design new initiatives, and manage ongoing partnerships - Collaborate with Customer Success and Customer Support to ensure smooth onboarding and resolution of any issues - Collaborate with Product to ensure the needs of our partners are built into the product development process - Balance sales enablement, relationship management, strategy, and planning - Contribute with your team in the development of new products in partnership with the product owners Your Experience - You have a “Hunter” mindset.
