Process Excellence Specialist (m/w/d)
Role Purpose:
To establish Mabanaft as a process and data-driven organization. This role leads the efforts to document and optimize business processes, fostering efficiency and effectiveness in a globally accountable functional organization.
Your tasks:
- Drive process documentation, optimization, and re-engineering activities either as part of larger transformation projects or as stand-alone initiatives.- Develop, implement, and maintain a roadmap for process-related topics.- Identify inefficiencies and areas of improvement within business processes.- Use Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.- Train and coach other members of the organization in process documentation and opimization practices.- Administer and maintain the BIC Process Designer.- Manage projects in line with either Agile or Waterfall methodologies.- Frequent stakeholder alignment and communication across hierarchies.- Ensure process control and high-quality execution.
Your skills:
- Lean Six Sigma certification or significant practical experience in process optimization.- Knowledge of business operations, especially within the commercial and support functions.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Robust project management skills, knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies a plus.- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization in German and English- Experience with BIC Process Designer or similar process mapping tools.- Continuous learner, staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
