L'équipe de vente française de Wunderflats est en pleine croissance et nous sommes à la recherche d'un **étudiant talentueux (f/m/d*)** qui jouera un rôle dans le soutien des ventes, en offrant à nos propriétaires français la meilleure expérience client et en contribuant fortement à la croissance de Wunderflats.

Il s'agit d'un contrat d'un an à temps partiel, situé à Berlin avec la possibilité de travailler à domicile.

**YOUR MISSION**:

- Contacter par téléphone des propriétaires dans toute la France
- Développer notre réseau de propriétaires en les conseillant sur la manière d'héberger leurs appartements sur notre plateforme
- Créer de bonnes relations avec nos clients en leur offrant une expérience exceptionnelle - du premier appel à l'intégration
- Notre service premium est apprécié de tous - les commentaires de nos clients et nos taux de conversion le prouvent
- Acquérir des connaissances sur le marché de l'immobilier en France, afin d'améliorer continuellement vos propres compétences
- Atteignez vos objectifs de vente (en concluant vos affaires) et établissez de nouveaux records avec votre équipe chaque mois
- Améliorez continuellement la formule de l'argumentaire téléphonique ultime en collaborant avec votre formidable équipe de vente

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Vous êtes actuellement un étudiant inscrit
- Première expérience dans la vente, le service clientèle ou un poste similaire, idéalement avec un produit numérique
- Le travail en équipe n'est pas pour vous un simple moyen d'arriver à vos fins, mais enrichit votre quotidien professionnel
- Vous êtes à l'aise pour travailler avec des objectifs et des KPI réalistes, et vous structurez votre quotidien pour les atteindre vous-même
- Vous avez une vue d'ensemble, vous identifiez de manière proactive les processus qui peuvent être automatisés et rendus plus efficaces, et vous ne perdez jamais de vue vos clients dans le processus
- Vous communiquez avec assurance en français et en anglais
