**Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly organized, and tech-savvy **Sales Support**working student to support our sales team with a variety of operational and strategic tasks. This role is ideal for a student looking to gain experience in sales within the industrial or retail sectors in a fast-paced startup environment.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Support the sales team by preparing and structuring internal meetings, tracking follow-up actions, and streamlining manual processes for greater efficiency.
- Create, edit, and manage sales documents, including presentations, reports, and proposals, ensuring alignment with our brand standards in format, tone, and accuracy.
- Maintain and update customer and sales data within Salesforce, ensuring a high level of accuracy across all CRM activities.
- Track and manage key sales metrics and pipeline progress, including leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Use Confluence to organize and maintain internal sales documentation, making key information easily accessible and well-structured for the team.
- Regularly update content, including text and visuals, to ensure all sales-related materials are current, relevant, and effectively presented.

**Your Profile**:

- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology).
- Good understanding of AI technologies is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce for CRM activities is a plus.
- Familiarity with Confluence for content management is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
- Self-starter who can work independently, take ownership of tasks, and lead initiatives with confidence.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English is essential.
