**Your Role:
**Your primary responsibilities will revolve around project leadership, technology integration, concept development, proof of concept execution, and driving the transformation of analytics capabilities towards predictive and prescriptive models. Additionally, you will be instrumental in implementing change management strategies to ensure the seamless adoption of advanced analytics practices within the supply chain organization.
**Your Key Accountabilities**:
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage supply chain analytics and technology projects from initiation to completion. Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones. Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Technology Development: Lead the development and execution of proof-of-concept projects to validate the feasibility and benefits of identified analytics and technology solutions.
- Problem Solving: Identify potential areas and drive the transition of supply chain analytics from descriptive to prescriptive leading to actionable insights and decision recommendations.
- Transformation from onshore to offshore capabilities: Identify potential areas and drive the transition of activities leading to a further empowerment of offshore capabilities. Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of transformation within the supply chain organization.
**Who you are**:
- 6+ years of work experience in in different Supply Chain roles with Master degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing end-to-end supply chain projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide project teams toward successful project outcomes.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to identify opportunities for enhancing supply chain analytics capabilities.
- Proven experience in driving the transformation of analytics capabilities from descriptive to predictive and prescriptive.
- Experience in leading and executing proof-of-concept projects to validate the feasibility and potential benefits of analytics solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop conceptual frameworks for addressing supply chain challenges.
- Comprehensive project management and change management skills
- Strong in relationship building/networking across culture and ability to influence. Strong in business case development, monitoring and realization.
