**Your Role**:
As a Global Supply Planning Expert, you will manage end-to-end supply chain operations that are vital to delivering high-quality healthcare products to our patients according to global market demands and requirements. Your mission is to ensure efficient product delivery that meets global market demands and ensures product availability for our patients, while balancing service levels, cost, cash, and sustainability. You will contribute to the overall efficiency of our supply chain, ensuring seamless product availability including lifecycle management activities, to maintain and enhance overall supply chain performance.
**Who You Are**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain planning or logistics, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and good negotiation skills
- APICS or comparable certification preferred
