Join the LS ERP Program as a Supply Chain Planning Data Expert (BPE) and play a pivotal role in transforming our Supply Chain Planning business strategy. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Planning Business Process Owner (BPO), you will manage the preparation & deployment of Key Design Decisions that will impact the business for years to come. You will collaborate with IT Solution Experts and Data Experts to drive continuous improvement and align our business strategy. Your expertise in Supply Chain Planning processes, especially within the Life Sciences industry, will be crucial. You will identify areas for improvement, develop detailed process documentation, and balance multiple responsibilities to deliver high-quality results. **Your role**:

- Responsible for preparation of Supply Chain Planning Key Design Decisions & deployment activities and data activities, ensuring adherence to harmonization targets
- Drive business process change on an operational level as a change agent while ensuring process simplification & process/system standardization
- Identifies areas for process improvement & works with relevant stakeholders (e.g., ITSEs, Business Process Experts) to implement change
- Develops detailed process data documentation & maintains up-to-date records of all design and deployment activities
- Synthesizes information & provides strong recommendations incorporating business context & dependencies while establishing clear prioritization criteria to determine tradeoffs
- Anticipates impact not only to one's own function but to the broader organization & takes decisions based on broader business benefit
- Leverages advanced problem-solving & analytical skills to drive progress on simplifying and improving complex work processes

**Impact and Complexity**
- Responsible the design and review of Supply Chain Planning data objects, including deployment activities (e.g., fit/gap analysis) and definition of data requirements
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of business processes by identifying & implementing best practices
- Monitors supply planning data performance and provides regular updates to the Supply Chain Planning Business Process Owner & senior management
- Balances multiple projects and priorities within tight timelines to deliver high-quality outputs

**Collaboration**
- Works closely with Supply Chain Planning IT Solution Expert & BPEs
- Coordinates with the Head of Supply Chain Planning Business Process Owner (BPO) and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business strategy
- Engages with cross-functional teams to gather requirements

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in Supply Chain Planning processes/data or a related field
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably within the Life Sciences industry
- Proven track record in managing complex business processes and implementations
- Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze highly complex business processes
- Ability to simplify complex information into clear, actionable insights
- Effective communication skills to work closely with various stakeholders and ensure alignment
- Demonstrated ability to support the strategic design & development of ERP templates & processes
- Expertise in change management, ensuring smooth transitions and mínimal disruption during process changes
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Ability to manage multiple projects & tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- High level of understanding of state-of-the-art Supply Chain systems landscape (network, strengths, weaknesses, constrains, information flows)
